Our software licences
School Site Licences are now available for all of our Crocodile Simulator products. UK schools can convert existing concurrent licences to a School Site Licence, which may be free of charge if your existing licence is large enough.
There are two ways to purchase our Crocodile modelling software:
- Concurrent Licences let you use the software on a specific number of computers at one time.
- School Site Licences let you use the software on an unlimited number of computers at one school site.
Pricing for School Site Licences is based on the total number of pupils on the school roll and is equivalent to the following numbers of concurrent user licences:

| 1200+ | Large | 40 concurrent users |
When you purchase either a School Site Licence or a Concurrent Licence, it's yours to keep - you dont need to pay annual subscriptions to keep using it.

Converting to a School Site Licence
UK customers with an existing licence for our current 'Crocrodile' titles can convert to a School Site Licence. You must, however, have or purchase sufficient concurrent users for the School Site Licence appropriate for your school. The numbers of concurrent users required for each enrolment band are listed above.
If you do not currently have the relevant number of users, you can purchase additional blocks of plus 5 users up to the level required to convert. Once you have done this you can apply for a site license.
If you already have the minimum number of concurrent users you can apply for a School Site Licence immediately at no cost - please call us to do this.
You can still purchase additional concurrent licences, even if you don't want a school site licence: you can gradually build up your licence in blocks of 5 extra users.
