Simple Simulation Software
I can't get some of the interactive models in my Absorb Courseware to work. When I click on them I get a message saying Windows doesn't know what application to use to open them. What's wrong?
It sounds like it is the Crocodile simulations that you are having difficulty viewing. You cannot interact with these directly in the page (this is different from the Flash animations in the courseware which can be interacted with directly in the page). To interact with simulations you need a special Crocodile viewer which comes with your Absorb Courseware. This must be installed on every computer you wish to view the material on.
It sounds like you do not have this viewer installed on the machines you are using your Absorb Courseware on and this is why you are having problems. To do this, the Crocodile viewer installer can be found in the main Absorb installer. Also, if you do not already have this we can provide an MSI installer for the viewer, please contact us for details. Note: if you have more than one piece of Absorb software a different viewer must be installed for each of them, the appropriate viewer is available on the relevant Absorb CD.
