When you purchased the software, you should have received an email or certificate with a 16-digit serial number. This serial number is your proof of purchase. You must register this number to receive a Licence Code (necessary for product activation).
If you are an existing user, or are registering a number of Crocodile Clips products, then you will have already created an account on Crocodilia. To register your serial number, you must login to your account on the Crocodilia website.
Enter your user name and password and select "Licence Administration" from the drop down box. This takes you to your Crocodilia licensing profile. Click on the "Admin" tab in the top right corner. In the side menu on the left, click on "Licence Details" to bring up a list of all of your currently held product licences.
Click on the "Register Serial Number" button to register your licence extension serial number.
Once you have registered your serial number, it will be added to your existing licence. Click on the "View Code" button to view your new Licence Code and Licencee details. This information is required to update the licence on your software.
Double-click on the desktop shortcut for your Crocodile Clips software. If you are running it for the first time, a licence dialog will open. Click "Edit Licence" and enter your Licencee Name and Licence Code to update the product licence.
