Instructions for existing users wanting to upgrade through Crocodilia
Step 1: Login to your Crocodilia account
You must first login to your account on our Crocodilia website.
Enter your user name and password, select the relevant subscription from the drop down box and log in.
Step 2: Download and install the software upgrade
Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Downloads" area, using the tabs at the top of your screen. Navigate to the "School Upgrade" area, by using the links on the left side of your screen, or following the in-page link.
At the bottom of this page is a table showing the installers available to download. Choose the Operating System and Installer Type you need and click "Download". You will be directed to the appropriate download page - your download should start automatically.
Once the download is complete, you will have a copy of the installer for the software. If you are using a PC, simply double-click on this to begin installation and then follow the installation wizard.
You can find further installation instructions on the "Downloads" page in your Crocodilia profile.
Step 3: Retrieve your Licence Code for activation
After downloading the upgrade, navigate back to the "School Upgrade" area in the "Downloads" section.
Under the heading "Licence Information", you will find either your Licensee Name and Licence Code (if you have already accessed this upgrade), or a "Get Upgrade Licence Code" button.
Step 4: Activate your Crocodile Clips software
Double-click on the desktop shortcut for your new Crocodile Clips software. If you are running it for the first time, a licence dialog will open. Click "Edit Licence" and enter your Licencee Name and Licence Code to activate the product.
