Crocodile Clips is launching five new science simulation titles in its Yenka range this week. They let you simulate experiments in safe, accurate virtual labs, and have been developed from the company's acclaimed simulators Crocodile Physics and Crocodile Chemistry.
Yenka Light and Sound allows experimentation with sound, water and light waves, and ray diagrams. Yenka Motion lets you investigate projectiles, oscillations, gravity and motion, while Yenka Electricity facilitates circuit simulation with over 100 types of component.
Yenka's electrochemistry simulation models electrolysis experiments, offering a range of electrodes and solutions, and Inorganic & physical chemistry simulation lets you simulate reactions safely and easily, choosing from over 100 chemicals. A library of over 350 online classroom activities support the new titles.
The Yenka range is a set of powerful educational tools, suitable for use either on whiteboards or on individual computers, covering topics across mathematics, science, technology and ICT. Each one is based around a powerful modelling engine, and lets you use and edit rich, interactive content or create lessons from scratch.
