Buying our software
- Can I purchase a site licence for your products?
- School Site Licences are available for all of our products. Click here for prices.
- Can I extend my licence to cover more computers?
- If you have a Crocodile Mathematics concurrent use licence, you can extend it to cover more computers or convert to a School Site Licence.
- Can I upgrade to the latest version?
- Users of our Crocodile simulators can upgrade to Yenka at a discounted price.
- What happens to my existing software licence when I upgrade?
- When your licence is upgraded, the new licence will replace your licence for the old version. Normally, the new software will be licensed for the same number of computers as you had for the previous version.
- How do I view my licence details?
- Yenka licence details can viewed by clicking on 'View Licence' in the Home Screen.
- If you have one of our Crocodile simulators installed, you can check how many computers you are licensed for by choosing the 'About' command in the 'Help' menu. More about your licence details...
- Is there a home-use version of your software?
- Free home use licences are available for all of our Yenka products - no strings attached!
- When you purchase one of our Absorb courses for your school, your students and teachers will also be able to use the software at home as part of the licence.
- Can teachers use the software at home?
- Our free Yenka home licences can be used by teachers and students.
- Licences for our Crocodile titles - either concurrent use licences or school site licences - allow teachers to install and use the software at home while they are employed by the licensed institution.
Using our software
- Can I use your software on a network?
- All of our software products can be run on a network, as long as the computers on which the software will run fit with the minimum system requirements.
- I no longer have my software, how can I reinstall?
- If you have a Yenka Licence, you can download the latest plugin from our Yenka Downloads page and license it with your existing Activation Key.
- Users of our most recent Crocodile titles can download the software again from the Downloads page.
- Users of older versions can upgrade to Yenka at a discounted price, please contact us for details.
